Symptoms

Cluster( 2 nodes) --- 11204 --- Linux x86-64 (rhel5)      <--- Issue also could apply to other platforms or Oracle releases/version

After taking a snapshot image of Oracle binaries from PROD cluster and copying this to a TEST cluster (same hostnames, IPs, etc), The Oracle clusterware fully cannot start on any of the nodes in the TEST cluster.

This method of taking snapshot images and copying these to the test clusters, have been working before.


OHAS and CSS start, but not ASM or CRSD
