Instagram is amazing app ^^ hehe ((i personally use it every day and I really like it when new features are added (there were a lot of them this year) and because of this the application has become even more interesting! It was this application that created a lot of opportunities for me to get to know the world and people.. here I met people from other countries and started to communicate and have a great time ... but in time communication of course there are some problems and this is not understanding each other because of the similarity of the language:(( I would be very happy & grateful if Instagram added a translator to the DM 🥺pls

Emotional damage

In general, my opinion is that this platform can easily drag you down to an emotional low; it easily captures your attention, it hooks your dopamine, and it can be really harmful for someone who doesn’t have a well-established inner foundation, a developed intellect, or that inner strength. This app can easily bring you down emotionally, make you more aggressive, more reactive. You start seeing these strange recommendations that make you emotional, and there are a lot of conflicts that you end up reacting to, and then you carry that state out into the world. I understand that these recommendations are generated somehow, and there’s a certain manipulation happening that changes your mood, which you then share with others. I think this is very dangerous—or maybe not just dangerous, but it makes you wonder how they can do that. Why do these conflict-driven recommendations appear? For example, there’s always some kind of argument going on, or some kind of “karma,” so to speak, and even though I get a lot of creative content in my feed, these conflicts still pop up, and I start reacting emotionally. And there’s nothing you can do about it, because they’re the ones in control.

The latest update

I am disappointed in Instagram and its latest updates although Instagram is very useful app.
So first of all, when you look at someone’s profile and see the posts it’s no longer a square posts, but rectangle?? Why? Some people who like visuals try to make profile according to its settings and most of them were connected to making covers for videos, photos etc, and now, the posts have different setting in profile which is not looking quite good. Second of all, the fact that most of the music and audios are now unavailable is triggering. We are no longer able to use most of the audios. In addition we can’t put music in our notes though other regions can. Why?
Moreover, each day there are more and more people that use account for spamming and scamming and each time I report on them, Instagram declines my report. I would suggest making the system more attentive towards reports and returning square posts, please🙏
